LEGO Worlds Nintendo Switch Review

*Product Received by Developer*

No matter what anyone says about LEGO, you are never too old to stack little toy bricks together, watch the movies, or even play their video games. LEGO Worlds is different than other LEGO games. There is not much story to it, and it focuses on creation (think Minecraft) in a big sandbox. If you can dream it up, then you can build it in your own LEGO World (pun intended).

LEGO Worlds supports co-op play. If you have any friends or loved ones, you can toss in a second JoyCon and play LEGO together on a single Switch console. LEGO Worlds has multiple tools you can use to make creation easier, such as a paint tool, discovery tool, and a landscaper tool. All which have their own set of unique abilities.

There are over 90 base characters that can be discovered and more can become available thanks to the joys of DLC!

However you plan to play through LEGO Worlds, there is no way to go wrong. There is so much to do and so much to see within it, that it makes a game that keeps on giving.

Not everything within LEGO Worlds is all sunshine and rainbows, we did find a few hiccups along the way: Load times and a few glitches. But overall, LEGO Worlds is a wonderful experience that belongs on everyone’s console.

Score: 8/10
